  1. Buy frozen berries!! (Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods have the best selection)
  2. Yogurt parfaits- live-cultured fat free yogurt with any berry mixture, topped with flaxseed or walnuts.
  3. Smoothie- mix berries with banana, flaxseed, live-cultured fat free yogurt, fat free milk or soy milk and ice.
